At Kingsway Primary School, we believe that our pupils are entitled to a high-quality music education., which encourages and inspires our pupils to develop a love of music ad their talent as musicians. We hope within our carefully structured lessons, clubs and assemblies that our pupils grow in self confidence, creativity and have a real sense of achievement.
Our music offering strives to encourage pupils to use their voice to learn to sing, create their own music and to compose with others, have the opportunity to learn a musical instrument, use technology appropriately and have the opportunities to experience live music. Music should be an enjoyable experience, it should engage and inspire pupils, encouraging them to be enthusiastic, lifelong musicians.
